General Information

This 30,000-sf reinforced concrete building is located in George Town steps away from the central business district. The main entrance includes a glass covered Porte Cochere leading into a two-storey reception area. There is an executive covered parking on the Ground Floor and is accessible only through a sophisticated electronic security system.

Great flexibility for the state-of-the-art IT and communication equipment is achieved through the provision of raised floors in much of the office areas. A 30-kw standby generator assures UBS of an uninterrupted power supply, and the entire building is controlled by an Energy Management System.
