McAlpine Limited is a family owned company and our staff, tradesman and labour are treated as part of our extended family. Wherever possible we train and promote individuals from within our organization with the end result being possession of highly trained, loyally committed employees.

Our ethos is to employ, as far as possible, Caymanian staff, tradesman and labour to fill our vacancies. We also look to provide work experience for students interested in making construction their vocation in life.

Over the years we have we have invested in a number of Caymanians by sending them overseas to learn carpentry, quantity surveying, engineering and other skills. Many of these individuals have remained with McAlpine and contributed to our success in Cayman. Many others trained in our systems have branched out to form their own businesses and are now successfully operating as Building Contractors or Subcontractors in the local industry.
