The project comprised of demolishing the then existing one-storey Tomlinson Furniture shop and replacing it with a new three storey retail/commercial building approximately 14,000 square feet. The structure comprised of steel frame construction building, insulated concrete formed external walls, concrete floors laid on steel decking and hurricane impact glazing.
