General Information

These condominiums apartments are the first to be built at Rum Point on the northwest coast of Grand Cayman.

The contract for the initial phase covered the infrastructure for the entire development and the construction of fourteen two and three bedroom fully airconditioned luxury apartments in three separate blocks. The infrastructure included the construction of a sewage plant, a reverse osmosis plant and an underground reservoir.
