General Information

Based on a structural steel frame, the external facing consists of over 200 fair faced concrete columns with golden heat reflecting glass infill panels.

Some 20,000 sf of concrete paved parking area and driveways were included in the contract, which incorporated other Cayman Islands “firsts” in the provision of a Drive-In Teller’s Window, a reversed osmosis desalination plant and standby power generating equipment.
