General Information

This was the first of the super-luxurious condominiums to be built on the Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. There are twenty-four apartments ranging in size between 3,200 and 4,700 sf, contained in the main building which recalls the architecture of the great plantation homes built in the West Indies in the 18th and 19th Century. Two more apartments of similar size form two Gatehouses, while separate stables provide garage parking at the ground level, and a health spa and manager's quarters on the second level. The main entrance to the Great House is a three-level atrium with elevators serving the upper floors.

The entire reinforced concrete frame structure rests on a raft foundation to prevent differential settlement and all external walls are of 8" reinforced blockwork to assure structural integrity.
