General Information

The island’s famous Seven Mile Beach is the location for this complex. Fifty-two bedroom suites are contained within the centrally air-conditioned structures which make extensive use of rough-sawn timbers in the large living terraces to help soften the traditional stark concrete facades.

At completion in 1982, it claimed to be the most prestigious condominium complex built in the Cayman Islands. Over 35 years later it’s still a popular vacation spot due to its position on the best section Seven Mile Beach.
