General Information

This project comprised of the construction of a timber laminated portal frame building consisting of offices, main hall, changing rooms, toilets, and kitchen, together with cistern totalling 7,000 sq. ft. In addition to the actual building, there are approximately 52,000 sq. ft. of access road and car parking areas that were constructed. The building is used as the main community centre for the North Side district and includes the local MLA’s office.
