As well as, the main building covering 36,000 square feet this complex includes a storage building of 10,000 square feet and an acre of open storage area.

Construction throughout is of structural steel frames with reinforced concrete block walls, all on reinforced concrete spread foundations. Fresh water and sewage and a standby generating plant are included.
