General Information

McAlpine was contracted to complete Phase 3 of this West Bay Infant School, it comprised of approximately 8892 sq. ft. of single storey block buildings consisting of 6614 sq. ft. of Administration offices, staff room, resources and media rooms, a library, and storerooms. This was constructed over an existing cistern slab and 2278 sq. ft. of covered walkways.

External works comprise landscaping, walkways, sewage treatment plant, and paved areas.
