General Information

Initially built by McAlpine in 1981, as Transnational House, this former office building was repurposed into a 70 room luxury hotel. At the time of its completion, it was acknowledged as the finest in the Cayman Islands.

Work included major changes to all main services, structural alterations to the roof void for the installation of a new ventilation system, erecting additional partition to a luxury standard.

Within seven months this luxury hotel, complete with conference centre, gourmet restaurant, swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and courtyard with a waterfall and aviary, was officially opened. This achievement owes much to the excellent cooperation between the client, architects, engineers, and our own site staff.
