General Information

The building totals 22,000 sq. ft on four floors. The structure is of reinforced concrete designed for a total of seven floors. The roof is therefore cast concrete and is designed as the fifth floor if and when the structure is raised to a total of seven floors. This depends on future changes in Cayman's Planning Laws which at present restrict developments to a 54'-0" eave height.

The front service core contains a set of stairs, a hydraulic elevator, electrical rooms and lavatory facilities. The rear core contains a second set of stairs and mechanical rooms for this fully air-conditioned building. The car parking for the entire development and generous landscaping were also included in this ten-month contract.
