General Information

Construction of a multi-storey private residences in the Vista Del Mar gated community, filled & compacted up to the desired grade. The foundation was strip footings on engineered fill.

The structure was built with 8” CMU structure and timber roof structures. The house was constructed with full hurricane rating and within local building regulations and guidelines.
