General Information

This 7,500-sf luxury villa was built in South Sound on Grand Cayman. It features a swimming pool with a negative edge which blends into the sea beyond when viewed from the ground floor on the house giving the illusion of the sea coming right up to the living areas.

The structure is built of 8" reinforced concrete "Blue Maxx" walls which provide 2" of polystyrene insulation both inside and out. Combined with the finest Pella double glazed windows, this provides superior sound and heat insulation. Other features include a master bedroom suite with whirlpool bath and separate shower, three guest bedrooms, gymnasium, study, formal dining and living rooms, a weeping staircase which leads from the central reception hall to the upstairs bedrooms, a wine cellar and a two-car garage with a staff apartment above.
