General Information

This unique building is made entirely of in-situ concrete poured walls, columns and slabs. This choice of construction provided a substantial cost benefit to the Owner. The building, 44,000 sf. in size, is fully air conditioned, insulated externally with styrofoam panels with fenestration designed to the latest Dade County hurricane provisions.

Executive covered parking is provided at the rear and all external pavements are in patterned brick on compacted sand.
